This form is to register to participate in the Art Show.  We communicate drop off instructions to those who register by March 1, 2026. This page is not the Release Form.

EVERY submission MUST have an Online Release Form with artist full name and submission number clearly noted on the back of the art.  Click here for the Release Form.
